IARPA seeks multidisciplinary teams who can co-design micro-electronics for AI technologies to assist with: the improvement of the hardware/software/algorithm/architecture ecosystem for specific AI applications; and the development of new science/materials/processing that improve the performance of the microelectronics used to run AI applications.
