IARPA Program Managers
Each IARPA program starts with a good idea and a good person to lead it. Without both, IARPA will not start a program. Program Managers are the key to IARPA's success.
- Program Managers propose their projects (addressing five Heilmeier Questions).
- Program Managers are accountable for the technical and programmatic excellence and integrity of their programs.
Program Manager positions are term limited - with an anticipated average term of four years. Appointment Options will include:
- Intergovernmental Personnel Act (IPA)
- Joint Duty Assignments
- Detailees from other agencies
- Other rotational assignments
